Earrings

Handbuild earrings, made with porcelain and fired at 1280°C, the whole process can take several weeks, which is all carried out by me in my studio in Locarno.
 
For this earrings I've used a pure white porcelain to which I added cobalt oxide to give the blue colour. no glaze was applied to give a matt and natural appearance. Please note that, as with any handmade product, the piece might vary slightly from the photos. As each piece is handmade and unique in their way, irregularities may excist and are not considered defects.
 
Porcelain is the strongest clay and the only one that can be worked very fine. However, treat this jewel with great care. Material: brass (nickel-, lead- and cadmium-free).
